On May 12, 2011, commissioners and staff from the seven MADRI states met to learn about and discuss dynamic pricing as it may apply to their states. During the meeting, the state commissioners and staff heard presentations from Roger Levy, Theresa Flaim, and Chris King. In addition, a staffer from each state provided a status report on dynamic pricing in his or her jurisdiction, five of which were presented as PowerPoint presentations.
